Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and experienced Manager – Accounts Receivable & Cash Management to oversee accounts receivable, treasury, cash management, banking operations, and financial controls. The ideal candidate will ensure effective credit management, optimize cash flow, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth through sound financial management and ERP-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Credit Management

• Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports and establish collection targets.
• Monitor daily collection performance and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.
• Control and review customer credit limits to minimize credit risk.
• Evaluate and approve credit recommendations in line with company policies.
• Generate AR, collection, and management reports for decision-making.

Audit & Financial Control

• Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for Head Office, Factory, and Sales & Distribution Points (SDPs).
• Plan, perform, and monitor internal audits of SDPs and Factory operations.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

General Accounting & ERP Operations

• Maintain General Ledger accuracy through reconciliation and accounting reviews.
• Process and monitor sales challans, invoices, receipt vouchers, sales returns, scrap sales, write-offs, internal orders, delivery orders, sales commissions, and incentive transactions.
• Operate and maintain ERP systems to ensure efficient accounting and financial operations.
• Analyze Accounts Receivable and cash management data using ERP.

Cash Management & Treasury

• Monitor daily cash flow projections and manage payment activities.
• Review funding requirements and prepare monthly treasury reports for senior management.
• Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management.
• Prepare and analyze daily and monthly bank and cash book reconciliations.
• Maintain cash books and bank books for Corporate Office, Factory, and all SDPs.
• Manage petty cash and collection cash books, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Banking Operations

• Manage end-to-end banking activities with multiple banking partners.
• Build and maintain strong banking relationships.
• Optimize banking structures and cash management processes to support business growth.

Accounts & Finance

• Prepared monthly Accounts Receivable aging reports and established collection targets.
• Monitored collection performance against targets and reviewed daily collection status.
• Controlled customer credit limits and monitored outstanding receivables to minimize credit risk.
• Reviewed customer credit limits and approved credit recommendations to minimize financial risk.
• Generated various Accounts Receivable, collection, and management reports.
• Verified bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for Head Office, SDP’s and Factory operations.
• Performing & monitoring Audit of all SDP’s & Factory.
• Prepared & submit high quality audit reports with in the stipulated timeframe.
• Maintained General Ledger accuracy through detailed accounting review and reconciliation.
• Processed and managed Sales Challans, Invoices, Receipt Vouchers, Sales Returns, Scrap Sales, Write-offs, Internal Orders, Delivery Orders, Sales Commissions, and Incentives.
• Operated and maintained ERP systems for finance and accounting operations.
• Performed cash management and Accounts Receivable data analysis using ERP.
• Monitored daily cash projections and managed payment activities to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Reviewed funding requirements and prepared monthly treasury reports for senior management.
• Managed end-to-end banking operations across multiple banking partners.
• Maintained strategic banking relationships and optimized bank account structures to support business growth.
• Oversaw all cash management functions, including cash flow planning and liquidity management.
• Prepared and analyzed daily and monthly bank reconciliations and cash book reconciliations.
• Maintained and monitored Cash Books and Bank Books for all Sales & Distribution Points (SDPs), Corporate Office, and Factory operations.
• Managed and monitored petty cash and collection cash books, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Experience Requirements8–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, and Financial Reporting. At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in a reputed manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution organization. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
