Position Overview
The Creative / Designer (Manager / Sr. Manager) is responsible for driving the visual identity of the brand by delivering a wide spectrum of modern design assets—from contemporary digital campaign art to technical industrial visual guides. This role bridges B2C consumer trust (focusing on home safety, fire resistance, and durability) with B2B trade appeal (engaging electricians, contractors, engineers, and dealers). The ideal candidate translates brand strategy and complex technical cable concepts into clean, high-impact visuals across print, spatial, and digital mediums.
Job Location: Corporate office, Banani, Dhaka-1213.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all designs comply with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Design creative materials for social media, offset printing, digital platforms, outdoor branding, and other promotional and marketing purposes.
Develop creative visual concepts for advertisements, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Design logos, icons, infographics, presentations, and other branding materials.
Create graphics and visual assets for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
Produce motion graphics, video thumbnails, and other multimedia visual assets.
Prepare print-ready files and ensure all technical specifications are met for production.
Successfully manage and complete multiple design projects within the assigned deadlines.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva will be considered an
