Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager – Export (Food & Beverage Business)

• Develop and execute export strategies to achieve business targets and expand international market presence.

• Manage end-to-end export operations, including order processing, production coordination, shipment planning, documentation, and timely delivery.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, export policies, banking procedures, and importing country regulations.

• Prepare, verify, and manage all export-related documents, including commercial and shipping documentation.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders for smooth shipment execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, overseas agents, and identify new export business opportunities.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and on-time shipments.

• Monitor export performance, resolve shipment and customer issues, optimize logistics costs, and prepare periodic reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with international food safety, quality, certification, and product registration requirements for overseas markets.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time in the interest of the Company.

Sound knowledge of export operations, documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.Experience in handling Export LC, TT, CAD, Incoterms, and international logistics.Familiarity with international food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, BRCGS, Halal, FDA) will be an added advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP (SAP/Oracle) experience will be an added advantage.
