Executive/ Sr. Executive, Sales Operations (Consumer Digital Business)

• Manage daily sales operations, MIS, reporting, and ERP orders.
• Collect, verify, and maintain primary & secondary sales data.
• Track sales targets, achievement, inventory, productivity, and KPIs.
• Monitor territory, channel, distributor, and SKU performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Credit Control, and other functions.
• Support sales planning, forecasting, target setting, and incentive analysis.
• Follow up on orders, stock, deliveries, and operational issues.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions, launches, and market trends.
• Develop dashboards, management reports, and business presentations.
• Maintain accurate sales databases and highlight performance gaps.

Age At least 25 years Advanced MS Excel required and Power BI/BI tools preferred. Experience in consumer electronics, telecom, FMCG or retail preferred
