Financial Analyst

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the performance of different SBUs and recommend strategic actions to the management as deemed fit.

• Profitability analysis of top 200 brands (Including Cash Group PAT).

• Top & Bottom 15 brands Liquid-ability Analysis based on PBT.

• Support to ensure proper incorporation of budget in monthly & YTD management accounts with appropriate OPEX details & also prepare reason for budget variance for management decision making.

• Portfolio P/L preparation with its cause & effect analysis to support management for decision makings.

• Data Management system & process development for smooth & quick support to management decisions.

• Businesswise Profitability & Cash flow Projection for 5 years Business Plan.

• Prepare brand, district and division wise monthly database to evaluate each brand and business performance.

Age 25 to 40 years Additional Requirements:6-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, MIS, planning, or performance management.Prior experience in a multinational organization will be a strong advantage.Proven exposure to sales analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical acumen with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MIS dashboards, and data visualization tools.Solid understanding of performance metrics, market dynamics, and business planning frameworks.High level of professional maturity, ownership mindset, and a constructive, solution-oriented attitude.Effective stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills with the confidence to present insights to senior leadership.
