Deputy Manager, Co-Manufacturing Operations (Consumer Brands)

• Coordinate production with all contract manufacturing partners to ensure timely production and delivery.

• Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on forecasts from supply chain, inventory and business priorities.

• Monitor production progress, capacity, material availability and delivery schedules.

• Ensure the timely supply of raw and packaging materials to manufacturing partners.

• Work with Quality Assurance and factories to maintain product quality, compliance and regulatory standards.

• Monitor production efficiency, material usage, wastage and losses and implement corrective actions.

• Resolve production issues by coordinating with manufacturing partners on operational challenges and delays.

• Conduct factory visits to review production performance, quality, safety, hygiene and compliance.

• Prepare factory performance reports on production, delivery, quality, capacity and pending orders.

• Support cost analysis, invoice verification, production reconciliation, commercial discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
