Mechanical Technician, ACI Hygiene Plant

• Install, assemble, and set up mechanical systems and machinery according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.     

• Ensure that equipment is correctly configured and operational following installation.     

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, identifying faulty components, and performing necessary repairs or replacements.

•  Adjust and fine-tune mechanical systems to enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability.

• Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Work closely with engineers, other technicians, and production teams to support the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems.

• Respond promptly to mechanical failures and issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring that production schedules are maintained.
