PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Meet or exceed individual sales targets outlined in the Annual Business Plan.
Identify and pursue sales leads within the market to drive business expansion.
Develop solar system designs aligned with both company and customer specifications (including Site Survey, Electrical Design & Simulation, DC & AC Cable Design, SLD Design, etc.).
Compile Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM), along with Technical and Financial proposals.
Gather regular updates and business insights from diverse customer and Government agencies
Searching and selecting business related tender and reporting to the management on daily basis.
Review Request for Proposal (RFP), EOI, and Tender Notices to identify submission requirements, deadlines, tender documents preparation and compliance criteria.
Ensure timely collection of payments to maintain healthy cash flow in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
Conduct visits to assess competitor activities and gather intelligence for strategic business planning.
Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales & visit reports
Analyze market and competitor dynamics, identifying areas of opportunity.
Address customer complaints promptly, striving to resolve them within agreed-upon timeframes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues to optimize performance.
Actively work towards establishing the `Rahimafrooz Solar` brand presence within the corporate market.
