Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Oversee the social media strategy
• Manage and maintain the organisation's website
• Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts
• Own day to day activities of the e-commerce platform and all online sales efforts
• Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
• Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
• Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website
• Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
• Write copy for email marketing campaigns
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
• Take responsibility for meeting online sales plans and tracking individual accounts monthly sales targets
  
• Maintain relationships with e-commerce retail partners and manage partner/client expectations
• Attend product launches and networking events
• Coordinate site content strategy and updates i.e. product pages, new and existing landing pages, product changes/updates/launches, etc. on RSL website and with e-retail partners
• Work with retail e-commerce partners to obtain analytics on retailer programs as well as overall sales goals/strategies
• Identify and manage service providers including payment gateways, fulfilment houses, tele-marketing services.
  
• Support the team on other duties as required.
