Assistant Executive, Logistic (ACI Salt Limited)

• Coordinate daily dispatch planning and ensure timely delivery of finished goods to all the relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor vehicle allocation, transportation schedules and route execution to ensure efficient logistics operations.

• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including delivery challans, transport bills, gate passes and shipment records.

• Track shipment status and resolve transportation related issues to minimize delivery delays.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, transport vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless product movement.

• Verify transport bills, maintain freight records and assist in logistics cost monitoring and control.

• Monitor inventory movement and update ERP/logistics systems to ensure data accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements in logistics operations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer service levels.
