Assistant Manager - CMTO (Contract Manufacturing & Toll Operations)

• To coordinate production activities with Contract Manufacturing & Toll facilities as per approved production plans.

• To monitor batch manufacturing activities and ensure compliance with approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• To follow up production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.

• To verify and maintain production-related documentation in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

• To coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution of toll production activities.

• To monitor material utilization, production yield, and batch reconciliation activities.

• To support investigation of production deviations, incidents, and implementation of corrective actions.

• To assist in technology transfer, process validation, and new product commercialization activities.

• To prepare and submit periodic production reports, production status updates, and performance summaries.

• To ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at toll manufacturing facilities.

• To participate in audits and inspections conducted by internal and external stakeholders.

• To perform any other responsibility assigned by the Manager, CMTO (Contract Manufacturing & Toll Operations).

Experience in pharmaceutical production with hands-on exposure to batch manufacturing, BMR/SOP compliance, and toll manufacturing coordination.
