Job Description

Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all sewing machines to achieve production targets.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for sewing equipment.
Monitor machine breakdowns and ensure timely troubleshooting and repairs.
Attend daily QCO, PPM and style review meeting.
Analyze machine performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
Maintain adequate spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
Support production teams during style changes, machine setup, and line balancing activities.
Ensure compliance& QMS audit with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and machine efficiency records.
Coordinate with production, quality, IE, and engineering teams to improve sewing process efficiency and machine utilization.
Make training plan to develop the team.
Communicate the machine supplier to develop the process.

Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years Strong technical skill and trouble shooting expertise required.Should have computer literacy Ability to solve problems and present solutions.Ability to priorities for deadlines.Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
