Executive/Senior Executive - Cutting (Narayanganj Factory)

• Cutting Production Planning & Execution:

Plan, organize, and execute daily/weekly cutting production according to the approved production plan, shipment schedule, and line input requirements.

• Cut Plan & Fabric Utilization:

Prepare and monitor cut plans, marker utilization, lay planning, and fabric consumption to achieve optimum fabric utilization with minimum wastage.

• Production Target Achievement:

Ensure daily cutting targets are achieved through effective manpower allocation, machine utilization, workflow control, and continuous follow-up.

• Quality & Cutting Accuracy:

Ensure compliance with approved patterns, markers, shade/lot segregation, lay height, cutting accuracy, numbering, bundling, and quality standards.

• Manpower & Productivity Management:

Allocate manpower efficiently across cutting operations and monitor individual/team productivity to improve overall departmental efficiency.

• Machine & Equipment Management:

Monitor the performance and availability of auto cutters, straight knife machines, spreading machines, band knife machines, fusing machine and other cutting equipment; coordinate timely maintenance support.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

Coordinate closely with Planning, IE, Fabric Store, CAD, Quality, Sewing, and Production teams to ensure timely fabric availability, cutting completion, and smooth line input.

• Fabric & Inventory Control:

Monitor fabric issuance, utilization, balance, end-bit/shortage, and wastage while ensuring proper reconciliation and traceability of fabric lots.

• Compliance & 5S Practices:

Maintain departmental compliance with factory policies, buyer requirements, 5S, safety standards, environmental practices and operational requirements.

• Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

Prepare daily/weekly cutting performance reports covering target vs. achievement, efficiency, wastage, machine downtime, manpower, and pending status; identify root causes and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Age At least 25 years Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
