Assistant Executive/ Executive - Business Analyst, Fashion Retail - Sailor

• Forecast the business on a short-run as well as a long-run basis to achieve the operational goal.

• Analyze sales of retail business & maintain sales,stock,and production database in retail business.

• Check with business planning regarding monthly target and capacity utilization.

• Develop, document and implement business plans, processes, and procedures in respect of retail fashion brands.

• Prepare business performance reports on a monthly basis.

• Analysis of new business development.

• Prepare and maintain a master database by identifying sources of information , assembling, verifying & backing up data.

• Inventory management like again analysis/fast-moving or slow moving items etc.

• Develop a sales dashboard & highlight key trends with insights.

Age At least 26 years Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is highly preferred.Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data Management will be considered a strong advantage.Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
