Job Description

Monitor the performance of guards and provide necessary guidance.
Conduct comprehensive inspections of security arrangements during factory opening and closing.
Implement effective supervision measures to protect factory goods and Report any discrepancies or doubts to the factory head immediately.
Report any damage to the factory head and conduct investigations.
Monitor security personnel outside of duty hours to prevent association with suspicious individuals or groups.
Observe the behavior of workers, employees and Maintain a vigilant watch over factory goods and employee safety.
Ensure proper maintenance and use of visitor and guard inspection registers.
Address concerns and needs of security personnel.
Create duty schedules for subordinates and Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and festival allowances.

Job Requirements

Age At least 28 years Retired Army Warrant Officer / Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), or civilian with proven experience as a Security In-Charge/Officer.Conduct comprehensive inspections of all security arrangements.Monitor the performance of guards and provide necessary guidance to maintain peak discipline.
