Assistant Fashion Graphic Designer - Design & Development (Fashion Retail - Sailor)

Apparel Graphic Design & Development

• Create original graphics, placement prints, all-over/repeat patterns, typography treatments, and apparel artwork.
• Design graphics for t-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, denim, jackets, active wear, kids-wear, and men's & women's ethnic/traditional apparel.
• Develop embroidery, appliqué, patches, embellishment layouts, and seasonal graphic collections.
• Ensure artwork meets technical and production standards.
• Prepare color-separated and production-ready files for various printing techniques.

Product Design Support

• Create flat sketches, technical illustrations, and product presentation artwork guides for manufacturers and production teams.
• Prepare colorways and graphic variations for seasonal collections.
• Support sample reviews, approvals, and product development activities.
• Maintain artwork libraries, design archives, and graphic databases and Ensure visual consistency across collections and categories.

Print & Embellishment Development

• Suitable for Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Sublimation Printing, Heat Transfer Printing, Puff Printing, Foil Printing, Embroidery, Sequin & Bead Applications, and Appliqué & Patch Work.
• Optimize artwork based on garment size, fabric type, and production limitations.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve production challenges while maintaining design quality.

Product Branding Design

• Develop Hang Tags, Product Labels, and Packaging Designs.

Trend Research & Consumer Insights

• Research fashion, graphic, typography, color, and print trends and Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
• Convert trend insights into commercially viable design concepts.

Mockup & Presentation Development

• Create realistic 2D and 3D garment mockups and Develop professional presentations for internal reviews.
• Generate virtual samples to accelerate decision-making and reduce development costs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Fashion Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Production Teams, and external vendors.
• Participate in collection planning and seasonal reviews and Deliver projects within established timelines.

Age At least 25 years Strong Knowledge on Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.Knowledge on CLO 3D / Browzwear will be an advantage.Strong visual design and conceptual thinking.Knowledge of Color Theory, Typography, Layout, Branding, and Visual Storytelling.Ability to convert briefs into effective design solutions and Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in fashion retail, apparel manufacturing, or lifestyle brands preferred.Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics, print development and branding projects.
