Executive - Garments & Factory Operation (Retail Fashion - Sailor)

• Select suitable subcontract sewing factories based on production capability, compliance status and quality performance.

• Assign production orders considering quality history and delivery commitment.

• Confirm style details including CM, order quantity, style number, size breakdown and delivery date.

• Share production schedules and execution plans with outsourcing factories.

• Prepare and release subcontract work orders with proper documentation.

• Monitor daily sewing production status from subcontract factories ensuring output and quality targets.

• Track WIP (Work in Progress) in cutting, sewing and finishing processes.

• Coordinate and Ensure inline and endline inspections are conducted by QC teams as per quality standards.

• Monitor defect percentage, rejection quantity and B-grade garments.

• Coordinate effectively with merchandising, production, QA, cutting, finishing and SCD teams.

• Maintain all outsourcing production records and related documentation.

Age At least 26 years Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
