Job Description

Coordinate/Work closely with production, engineering, warehouse, and admin dept for activity data and prepare ABC costing reports using cost drivers.
Calculate actual gain and loss resulting from raw material and packing material consumption and track raw material consumption and wastage.
Monitor and update Standard Costing and Activity-Based Costing (ABC) models by comparing actual costs.
Assist the superior in preparing investment feasibility studies and financial evaluations for capital expenditure (CAPEX).
Monitor factory overhead (FOH) and allocate to respective cost centers considering both shit wise and product SKU wise metrics and allocate shared/common costs to different departments.
Monitor and update the factory fixed assets.
Conduct regular Audit to reconcile consumption figure with closing stock.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholder to coordinate budget preparation.
Verify supplier bill against PO, GRN and delivery record.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Perform any other Finance & Accounts-related duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

Age 20 to 30 years Strong knowledge of costing methods (standard, marginal, absorption, ABC)Good command in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)Analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.
