Job Description

The Superintendent, HR Mobility will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation and effective communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Coordinate visa and work permits applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations, residence permits, and dependent passes etc.

  • Ensure document accuracy to prevent application rejections.

  • Guide expats and their families through pre-departure and arrival immigration steps.

  • Monitor permit expiration dates to trigger timely renewals and avoid legal risks.

  • Design and coordinate efficient domestic and international travel schedules, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

  • Ensure all bookings align with company budgets, fare classes, and expense guidelines.

  • Provide real-time assistance and crisis management for travel staff.

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Assist with special projects, and initiatives as needed.

  • Coordination of visit plant tours and organize logistic of transportation, security, lodging, meals if applies. Visits include Customers, Service Providers and any other from any Gildan location.

  • Organize and coordinate town halls, conferences, interviews, dinners and social events.

  • Ensure general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management when/as required.

Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years Good crisis management, self-control and stress management skills.Capacity to understand and evaluate priorities and urgencies.Good interpersonal and customer service skills with a desire to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.An open-minded professional with a positive attitude, manner and behavior.Have the ability to adapt to a changing environment in a professional and impactful way.Work under pressure and potentially to take on the challenge of performing the job.Proven experience as an Management Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ability to create effective presentations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Fluent in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
