Application Developer (Microsoft Dynamics)

As an Application Developer (MS Dynamics), you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our ERP ecosystem. You will serve as the technical bridge between business requirements and system functionality, ensuring that the system modules are optimized to support global operations. A key part of this role involves Stakeholder Management, collaborating directly with department heads and end users to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Technical Development: Design, code, and test customizations, extensions, and integrations within the MS Dynamics environment (X++, C#, .NET).

• Module Enhancement: Configure and customize workflows for Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution to improve operational efficiency.

• System Integration: Manage data migrations and develop integrations between MS Dynamics and third party applications or legacy systems.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical feasibility assessments.

• Support & Maintenance: Perform root-cause analysis for system issues, provide Tier 3 technical support, and oversee regular system updates/patches.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including functional design documents and technical design documents.

Age At least 24 years Programming: Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and SQL Server. “Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer“ or equivalent is a plus. Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of ERP logic within.Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps, and Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps) is highly preferred.Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non technical business leaders effectively. Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying system bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions. Adaptability: Comfortable working in an agile environment with shifting priorities.
