To ensure effective and accurate execution of compensation, benefits, payroll, HR operations, employee records, HR reporting, and compliance activities while providing reliable HR data and analysis to support management decision-making and organizational objectives.
Manage and oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, benefits, and other employee-related payments.
Review and validate payroll and HR data to identify discrepancies, resolve errors, and maintain a high level of data accuracy.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and relevant documentation in accordance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for management and senior leadership.
Analyze HR data and trends related to payroll, headcount, attendance, turnover, compensation, benefits, and other HR metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.
Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR databases.
Monitor compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR operations.
Coordinate with Finance, IT, HR teams, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and accurate HR and payroll processes.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll records, HR data, reports, and supporting documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, data analytics, system enhancement, and process standardization.
Prepare presentations and management reports, clearly communicating complex HR data, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity when handling employee compensation, personal information, and other sensitive HR data.
Supervise, guide, and develop team members to ensure effective delivery of HR services and achievement of departmental objectives.
Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Age 22 to 40 years Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Strong expertise in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, data accuracy, and employee record management.Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data and findings clearly and concisely to senior leadership.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people-management skills.Strong proficiency in HR systems, payroll systems, databases, and HR information management.Practical experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar data analytics and reporting tools.Strong understanding of HR data analysis, reporting, and interpretation.High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and professionalism.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement practical, data-driven solutions.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholders.
