Job Description

Responsible for the execution of all activities required for the maintenance, installation, and repair of the equipment corresponding to Banchem's operations, in such a way that they are executed with the assigned resources and ensuring the shortest downtime of this equipment.

Understand by quality system: Documentation, work method and expectations of the internal and external client regarding a process, product or service.
Inform the supervisor, manager and/or maintenance coordinator of the problems detected in machines and facilities for programming the corresponding corrective measures according to priority.
Data collection on daily energy use readings.
Daily inspections to detect anomalies / failures in equipment and facilities inside and outside the plant.
Knowledge and monitoring of daily, weekly and biweekly preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance work.
Manage records and control of tools and materials in charge.
Installation of productive machinery of the chemical department and laboratories.
Participate in the different trainings that are specifically scheduled for the execution of assignments that carry special considerations. (work at height, confined spaces, hot work, electrical work, etc.).
Comply with the indicators of compliance and execution of maintenance, such as preventive, corrective, predictive, support, RCM, general service, improvement and others, scheduled according to the calendar.
Execute all activities following good practices to ensure cleanliness in maintenance workshops as well as in work areas.
Reading plans, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or equipment.
