Job Description

Plan, execute, and monitor BTL marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, and sponsorship initiatives.

Ensure brand compliance, visibility, and quality standards across all campaign touchpoints.
Execute campaigns and events within approved timelines and budgets.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth campaign and event execution.
Communicate campaign briefs and business requirements effectively with external agencies and vendors, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
Coordinate meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions for events and activations, and prepare meeting minutes where applicable.
Gather inputs from reporting managers and relevant stakeholders, and coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, track ongoing projects, prepare post-event and monthly activity reports, and maintain branding inventory.
Prepare and process required documentation, including NFA, expense claims, approvals, vendor bills, invoices, and payment records.
Maintain organized records, approved documents, reports, and supporting files to ensure proper documentation, easy retrieval, and audit compliance.

Job Requirements

2-3 years experience in the relevant sector/FMCG/creative agencyPrioritization of campaign execution based on timelines, budget, and market requirements.
