Job Description

Formulate and execute HVAC sales strategies aligned with organizational revenue and growth targets.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential project segments.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with consultants, architects, developers, contractors, and corporate clients to generate a consistent project pipeline.
Interpret HVAC system designs, technical drawings, project specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to develop accurate cost estimates.
Prepare comprehensive technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
Lead participation in project bidding, client negotiations, and tender submissions to maximize win rate.
Liaise closely with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project handover and execution.
Deliver technical presentations to clients and recommend optimal HVAC solutions based on project requirements.
Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management dashboards for informed decision-making.
Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with credit policy.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.

Job Requirements

Age 30 to 38 yearsOnly Male Deputy Manager: 5–8 years of relevant experience in HVAC project sales and marketing. Manager: 8–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project sales and marketing.Hands-on experience with VRF, Chillers, Package Units, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, and Central Air Conditioning systems strongly preferred.
