Job Description

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned HORECA sales targets and revenue objectives.
Identify and acquire new customers across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, bakeries, cloud kitchens, and other food-service outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA owners, purchasing managers, chefs, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements, identify business opportunities, and provide appropriate product solutions.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, commercial proposals, pricing, trade terms, and promotional offers within company guidelines.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer acquisition to order placement, delivery, payment collection, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with distributors, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor customer-wise, product-wise, and territory-wise sales performance against assigned targets.
Ensure product availability, timely replenishment, proper order execution, and resolution of customer complaints.
Conduct market visits and monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, promotions, customer trends, and market developments.
Identify opportunities for product listing, bulk sales, institutional contracts, and long-term business partnerships.
Maintain an updated database of HORECA customers, prospects, sales pipeline, orders, and business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, customer updates, and market intelligence reports for management.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance/Accounts to ensure timely collection.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
