Provide timely and reliable management visibility on budget performance, cost trends, and key financial and operational KPIs.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission.
Analyze actual performance against budget, standard cost, and prior-period results, with clear identification of significant variances.
Conduct root-cause analysis of cost and budget variances and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
Analyze manufacturing, commercial, inventory, and operational costs, including raw material consumption, yield, wastage, utilities, labor, and other key cost drivers.
Monitor inventory movements, reconciliation, valuation, and discrepancies to strengthen cost and working-capital control.
Support CAPEX, CWIP, and fixed asset monitoring and assess their impact on financial and operational performance.
Strengthen KPI governance through regular performance monitoring, validation, and early escalation of performance gaps.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, dashboards, forecasts, and variance analysis with actionable insights.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance teams to collect, validate, and analyze cost and performance data.
Drive corrective measures and cost optimization initiatives to improve cost efficiency, productivity, and overall budget performance.
Ensure compliance with costing policies, internal controls, ERP processes, and reporting requirements.
Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations for decision-making.
