Candidates with exposure to manufacturing, Agro-based, food/feed, or poultry industries will get preference. Professional training/certification in Compliance, HSE, FSMS (HACCP/ISO 22000), IMS, or ESG/Sustainability will be preferred.

Job Description

Oversee general administrative functions – security, housekeeping, canteen and facilities management.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and approvals, and manage regulatory reporting and documentation.
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders for labor inspections and compliance matters.
Maintain proper documentation and handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee welfare issues in alignment with company policy.
Coordinate training, capacity-building, awareness programs and employee engagement programs for workers and staff.
Coordinate cross-functional Department to foster a culture of compliance, ethics, and safety accountability.
Ensure & Support management in ISO & Safety and Security Audit, certifications, and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law and all statutory requirements.
Maintain tracking systems, and conduct Factory internal compliance reviews, audit and follow-up on corrective actions.
Coordinate and monitor organizational risks including operational, Health & safety, food safety, environmental, and reputational risks.
