Divisional Head - Yarn Sales & Marketing (Spinning)

• Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and price fluctuations in local and export markets.

• Set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team.

• Identify and develop new markets, buyers, and agents both locally and internationally.

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and agents.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure quality, delivery timelines, and product innovation (Rotor, Carded, Ring yarn).

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and departmental objectives.

• Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

• Maintain an updated database of customers, sales pipeline, and market insights.

Age At least 35 years Minimum 10 years of experience in Yarn Sales & Marketing (Spinning industry), with at least 3-5 years in a senior managerial position.Strong understanding of Rotor, Carded, and Ring yarn types and their market applications.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.
