Executive - Sewing (Kint Garments)

• Monitor daily sewing production activities to ensure achievement of production targets and planned output.

• Follow up on line loading, style changeover, line balancing, manpower allocation, and production flow.

• Monitor sewing efficiency, productivity, WIP, and production bottlenecks and take necessary corrective actions.

• Coordinate with Quality, IE, Cutting, Finishing, and Maintenance teams to resolve production-related issues.

• Ensure production is carried out according to approved samples, specifications, work methods, quality standards, and buyer requirements.

• Prepare and maintain daily production reports and communicate production status and issues to management.

Good knowledge of garment sewing operations and production processes.Knowledge of line balancing, efficiency, productivity, and WIP management.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
