Job Description

  1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day embroidery production activities to ensure timely delivery as per production plan.

  2. Handle embroidery production for knit garments, including machine setup, design execution, thread selection, and production follow-up.

  3. Ensure embroidery designs, placements, sizes, colors, and specifications are executed accurately according to buyer requirements.

  4. Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Cutting, Sewing, Quality, and Finishing teams to ensure smooth production flow.

  5. Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and manpower productivity.

  6. Ensure proper machine settings and troubleshoot basic embroidery machine-related issues in coordination with the technical team.

  7. Monitor embroidery quality and minimize defects, rework, rejection, and wastage.

  8. Ensure compliance with approved samples, artwork, buyer specifications, and quality standards.

  9. Follow up on embroidery sample development and ensure timely submission for approval.

  10. Maintain production records, daily output reports, quality reports, and other relevant documentation.

  11. Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to achieve production targets.

  12. Ensure proper utilization of threads, fabrics, accessories, and other embroidery materials.

  13. Supervise and guide embroidery operators and helpers to maintain productivity and quality.

  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and workplace procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in embroidery production, preferably in a knit garment manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of embroidery production processes, machines, designs, and quality requirements.Good understanding of knit garment manufacturing processes.Ability to understand embroidery artwork, specifications, and production requirements.Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
