Executive - Finishing (Kint Garments)

• Monitor daily finishing activities including thread trimming, ironing, folding, tagging, packing, and shipment preparation.

• Ensure finishing production targets are achieved according to the approved production plan.

• Monitor finishing quality, workmanship, measurement, appearance, and packing requirements as per buyer specifications.

• Follow up on finishing WIP, production flow, bottlenecks, and timely delivery of finished garments.

• Coordinate with Quality, Sewing, IE, and other relevant departments to resolve finishing and production-related issues.

• Maintain daily finishing production reports and communicate progress, problems, and corrective actions to management.

Good knowledge of garment finishing and packing processe.Knowledge of buyer-specific finishing and packing requirements.Good production monitoring and coordination skills.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
