AGM/DGM - Electrical & Utility (Spinning)

• Jenbacher J420 Generator: Operation, maintenance, overhauling, efficiency monitoring, fuel consumption monitoring, and troubleshooting of Jenbacher J420 generators.
• Spinning Machinery: Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern spinning machinery, including: Rieter Blow Room, Rieter Carding, Rieter Lap Former,Comber,Drawing,Toyota Simplex, Toyota Ring, Autoconer Qpro
• Generator Maintenance: Overall generator operation, preventive maintenance, overhauling, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance & Spare Parts Management: Lead and manage overall maintenance operations, including spare parts planning, control, inventory management, and availability.
• Electrical Substation: Operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical substations and related electrical systems.
• Generator Efficiency & Co-generation: Monitor generator efficiency and fuel consumption, with knowledge of co-generation systems, including EGB and Chiller.
• Compressor System: Operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of compressors.
• AC Plant: Operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of AC plants.
• Electrical System: Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of the complete electrical system of the spinning mill, from Blow Room through to Finishing.
• Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance schedules.
• PLC & VFD: PLC, VFD, electrical control system, and spinning machinery troubleshooting.
• Spare Parts & Budget Management: Manage spare parts, parts inventory, and yearly maintenance budgets.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs for machinery and electrical systems.
• Breakdown Reduction: Monitor sectional breakdowns and implement measures to minimize machinery and equipment downtime.
• Software & Maintenance Systems: Utilize relevant software systems for maintenance operations, monitoring, reporting, and documentation.

Age At least 35 years Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in utility/electrical , preferably in the spinning industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of electrical safety, statutory compliance and energy management.Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns when required.
