Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a robust Food Safety Management System (FSMS) aligned with ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP for rice, flour, daal, and feed production lines.

  • Set food safety and quality objectives and ensure their effective implementation and monitoring.

  • Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments; maintain compliance with food safety licenses and certifications from relevant authorities.

  • Oversee food safety protocols throughout sourcing, storage, processing, and packaging.

  • Conduct daily inspections and ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are strictly followed.

  • Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance departments to embed FSMS practices into daily operations.

  • Lead training initiatives to promote a strong food safety culture within the organization.

  • Perform internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Investigate food safety incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and effective.

  • Review and update SOPs, policies, and training materials in response to audit outcomes and regulatory updates.

  • Support Integrated Management System (IMS) audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and social compliance audits (SA 8000, BSCI, WRAP, Sedex-SMETA).

  • Contribute to ESG and supply chain security initiatives across the organization.

Job Requirements

Age 26 to 35 years Education:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ChemistryBachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering/Food TechnologyBachelor of Science (BSc) in MicrobiologyAdditional Requirements: Sound knowledge of ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and relevant national food regulations.Experience in internal auditing and documentation practices.Certification in FSMS/ISO 22000 (preferred).Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to handle audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities independently.
