Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Quality Control; Akij Ready Mix Concrete Limited

•    Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, clients, and management regarding meeting agendas and technical requirements.
•    Prepare technical documents, reports, presentations, and other supporting materials for client and management meetings.
•    Attend client meetings, management meetings, and daily operational meetings as scheduled.
•    Develop, review, and implement concrete mix designs in accordance with ACI 211.1 (Volumetric Method).
•    Analyze historical quality data to optimize and implement approved concrete mix designs.
•    Prepare and execute monthly Quality Control laboratory activity plans for all plants.
•    Compile, maintain, and submit monthly Quality Control reports to management and clients.
•    Coordinate third-party laboratory testing and maintain all related records and documentation.
•    Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives related to raw materials, concrete wastage, and material handling.
•    Maintain accurate Quality Control records in the SSOT system, including slump test results, raw material test reports, third-party laboratory reports, and concrete specimen records.
•    Ensure proper documentation, compliance with quality standards, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
•    Perform any other Quality Control and laboratory-related responsibilities assigned by management. 

Age At least 35 years •    Strong knowledge of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) production and Quality Control processes.•    Sound understanding of ACI 211.1 concrete mix design standards.•    Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality management systems.•    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.•    Excellent documentation, report writing, and record management skills.•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.•    Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.•    Ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.•    Strong attention to detail with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
