Business Development

• Identify and approach potential customers including exporters, importers, manufacturers, buying houses, and trading companies.

• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, referrals, and market visits.

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.

• Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries and service requests.

Quotation & Pricing

• Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to obtain competitive freight rates.

• Prepare and submit quotations for air freight, sea freight and other logistics services.

Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

• Increase shipment volume, gross profit, and customer base.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and opportunities.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
