Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC).
Identify and develop new customers, including real estate developers, contractors, consultants, government projects, and infrastructure companies.
Generate inquiries, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Age 25 to 38 yearsOnly Male 3–7 years of experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, Construction Materials, Cement, Concrete Admixture, or Construction Industry Sales.Experience dealing with developers, contractors, consultants, and infrastructure projects is preferred.Knowledge of concrete technology and mix design.Knowledge of RMC production, quality control, and logistics.
