Maintain employee master data accuracy and system integrity.
Ensure confidentiality and governance of employee information.
Configure organization structures, grades, workflows, and approval matrices.
Drive HR process digitization across the employee lifecycle.
Automate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
Support performance management and learning systems administration.
Develop workforce dashboards and management reports.
Generate actionable people analytics for decision-making.
Monitor HR system performance and reliability.
Coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Lead workflow automation initiatives using digital tools.
Build Google Forms, Apps Script solutions, and system integrations.
Support API-based process integration initiatives.
Manage user access rights and security permissions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security requirements.
Conduct UAT, system testing, and enhancement validation.
Coordinate HRIS upgrades and new module deployment.
Prepare headcount and manpower reports.
Track attrition and recruitment metrics.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and productivity indicators.
Analyze manpower budget versus actual utilization.
Measure vacancy ageing and recruitment efficiency.
Generate diversity and workforce analytics reports.
Support HR data migration and implementation projects.
Develop SOPs, process maps, and user manuals.
Train HR teams and business users on system functionalities.
Improve employee self-service utilization.
Identify opportunities for process optimization.
Recommend technology-enabled HR solutions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Coordinate with HRBP, Shared Services, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams.
Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and consultants.
Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation initiatives.
Maintain governance standards across HR systems.
Enhance employee experience through automation and self-service capabilities.
Experience:Officer:1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Administration, HR Analytics, ERP, or HR Technology.Senior Officer: 3–5 years of relevant experience in HRIS, People Analytics, Digital HR, ERP, or Process Automation.Preferred Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, FMCG, Conglomerates, Logistics, Retail, or Large Workforce Organizations.Preferred Certifications:Power BI or Data Analytics Certification.Google Workspace Certification.HRIS/ERP Functional Certification.SQL or Data Visualization Certification.Core Functional Competencies:HRIS Administration: Ability to configure, maintain, and optimize HR systems to ensure reliable and efficient HR operations.People Analytics: Ability to analyze workforce data and convert insights into actionable business decisions.Data Governance & Quality Management: Ability to maintain accurate, secure, and compliant employee data across systems.Process Automation & Digital HR: Ability to streamline HR processes through workflows, integrations, and technology solutions.Business Reporting & Dashboarding: Ability to develop meaningful reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making.
