Asst Officer/Officer – Industrial Engineering

• Assist in analyzing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

• Time study,Motion study

• Production Study

• Support time & motion studies, work measurement, line balancing, and capacity analysis activities.

• Prepare and update Operation Bulletins (OB), process flow charts, and related documentation.

• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, OEE, and other continuous improvement programs.

• Collect and analyze production data to identify process losses, bottlenecks, and waste.

• Support manpower planning, workstation arrangement, and factory layout improvement projects.

• Monitor daily production performance and prepare productivity, efficiency, and utilization reports.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operational activities.

• Assist in developing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

• Participate in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.

• Maintain and update operational dashboards, KPI reports, and performance records.

• Support monthly operational performance analysis and improvement activities.

Age 20 to 30 yearsOnly Male Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, line balancing, and capacity planning concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis/reporting tools.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Experience or internship exposure in Light Engineering, Assembly Line, or Manufacturing Operations will be considered an advantage.
