Minimum 3 years of experience in a Garments/RMG factory Compliance Department.Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (amended) and all relevant labor rules.Good understanding of social compliance standards, factory audits, and buyer requirements.Experience handling CAP, audit preparation, and factory compliance documentation.Strong communication skills for interacting with buyers, auditors, and internal teams.Ability to analyze compliance risks and implement sustainable improvement measures.Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
