Job Description

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
Conduct time & motion study, line balancing, and capacity planning
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, SMED and other continuous improvement tools
Identify process losses and lead cost reduction & waste elimination initiatives
Support production planning, manpower optimization, and layout improvement
Monitor and analyze KPIs, productivity reports, and operational dashboards
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for process improvement
Support standardization, SOP development, and compliance
Drive Operational Excellence culture across the factory
Human resource planning based on capacity
Monthly operations performance analysis

Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 yearsOnly Male Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from a reputed university.Experience required 5–8 years of experienceGood knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, SMED, line balancing, and capacity planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, google sheet and reporting tools.Experience in manufacturing industries; exposure to Light Engineering or Assembly Line operations will be an advantage.
