Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – OPEX

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality

• Conduct time & motion study, line balancing, and capacity planning

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, SMED and other continuous improvement tools

• Identify process losses and lead cost reduction & waste elimination initiatives

• Support production planning, manpower optimization, and layout improvement

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, productivity reports, and operational dashboards

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for process improvement

• Support standardization, SOP development, and compliance

• Drive Operational Excellence culture across the factory

• Human resource planning based on capacity

• Monthly operations performance analysis

Age 25 to 45 yearsOnly Male Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from a reputed university.Experience required 5–8 years of experienceGood knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, SMED, line balancing, and capacity planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, google sheet and reporting tools.Experience in manufacturing industries; exposure to Light Engineering or Assembly Line operations will be an advantage.
