Assistant Manager – Finance Operations

1. Purpose Of The Position

Drive efficient finance operations by ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance, reporting integrity, and operational control to support sustainable business growth and financial governance.

2. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Manage daily finance operations including AP and AR.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial recording and reconciliations

• Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and operational financial controls

• Monitor DIO regularly

• Ensure compliance with VAT, TAX, and regulatory requirements

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring activities

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory stakeholders

• Drive process improvement and automation within finance operations

• Review operational expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities

• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities

• Maintain financial documentation and audit readiness

• Coordinate cross-functional financial support for business operations

Age At least 28 years Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in finance operations or accounting rolesIndustry Preference: Healthcare / Medical Equipment / Manufacturing / TradingProfessional Qualification: Partly qualified CA / CMA preferred
