Job Description

Retail Operations Management

Supervise daily operations across all optical retail outlets.

Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures and service standards.

Monitor store performance, sales targets and operational KPIs.

Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.

Ensure visual merchandising and product displays meet brand standards.

E-commerce & Online Sales Management

Oversee online sales operations and order fulfillment processes.

Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory synchronization.

Coordinate with digital marketing and customer support teams.

Monitor website performance, online customer satisfaction, and order accuracy.

Improve online conversion rates and customer experience.

Inventory & amp; Supply Chain Management

Manage inventory levels across stores and warehouse.

Forecast stock requirements and coordinate procurement activities.

Monitor product movement and optimize stock turnover.

Reduce stock shortages, overstock situations, and inventory losses.

Coordinate with lens suppliers, frame vendors, and optical laboratories.

Customer Service Excellence

Ensure high standards of customer service across all channels.

Handle escalated customer complaints and service issues.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

Maintain customer retention and loyalty programs.

Team Leadership & Human Resources

Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and operational staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.

Develop staff schedules and workforce planning.

Foster a culture of accountability and customer-centric service.

Financial & amp; Administrative Management

Monitor operational expenses and profitability.

Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.

Ensure compliance with company budgets.

Review cash management and financial controls at store level.

Compliance & amp; Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with healthcare, optical, and retail regulations.

Maintain quality standards for eyewear products and services.

Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met.

Monitor adherence to company SOPs.

Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years 5–10 years of experience in retail operations management.Minimum 3 years in a multi-branch retail environment.Experience in optical retail, healthcare retail, pharmacy, or fashion retail preferred.
