Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and business teams.
Develop business dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI / Excel / SQL.
Analyze sales, production, inventory, procurement, finance, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting from ERP and other business systems.
Coordinate with ERP, Finance, Sales, SCM, Production, and Business teams for report requirements and validation.
Design KPI-based reports and performance dashboards for management review.
Support month-end closing by providing required operational and financial data analysis.
Automate repetitive reports and reduce manual dependency.
Prepare presentation-ready reports for senior management.
Maintain report repository, data dictionary, and MIS documentation.
Educational Requirements:BBA/MBA in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Statistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.B.Sc. in CSE/IT will get preference if the candidate has strong business reporting knowledge.Experience Requirements:Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in MIS, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Reporting.Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agro/feed, distribution, trading or group of companies will get preference.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel including Pivot Table, Power Query, formulas, and data modeling.Good knowledge of Power BI dashboard development.Working knowledge of SQL queries will be highly preferred.Good understanding of ERP-based business processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Ability to work with large datasets and convert data into meaningful business insights.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
