Job Description

Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products at the depot as per company SOP and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory management through FIFO/FEFO practices.
Monitor physical stock regularly and ensure stock reconciliation with system records.
Ensure timely delivery of medicines and promotional materials according to approved distribution schedules.
Maintain proper documentation of challans, invoices, transfer records, and stock registers.
Monitor expiry, damaged, and short shelf-life products and coordinate return or adjustment processes.
Ensure proper temperature control, cleanliness, and housekeeping inside the depot warehouse.
Conduct periodic stock counting and support internal/external audit activities.
Coordinate with Head Office, Distribution, Accounts, and Sales teams regarding stock movement and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly depot inventory and operational reports.
Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure safe handling of pharmaceutical products.
Maintain proper security and safety measures within the depot premises.
Support smooth depot operations to ensure uninterrupted product supply to customers and market.

Job Requirements

Age At most 30 years 1-2 years of experience in related field will be given preference.Sound knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
