Job Description

Ziska Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of the reputed pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh, is looking for an Executive/Sr. Executive, Administration for its newly launched ventures—Fair Price Super Market, Family Food Village Restaurant, Nimantran Convention Center and Skylight Rooftop Restaurant. The position will serve as the Administration In-charge for the entire premises.

Job Location: Shofipur, Gazipur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day general administration and GSD activities across all floors and business units.

  • Conduct regular inspection of the building, common areas, customer areas, rooftop, washrooms, parking, service areas and other facilities to ensure operational readiness.

  • Provide administrative and facility support for convention/event arrangements, including seating, cleanliness, utilities, security, parking, setup and post-event restoration.

  • Manage housekeeping, cleaning, waste management and pest control services.

  • Ensure proper access control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, parking management and security incident reporting.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/AC, lift, generator, water supply, drainage, lighting, fire safety and other building facilities.

  • Monitor availability and consumption of electricity, water, gas/LPG, diesel/fuel and other essential utilities and take measures to minimize wastage.

  • Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire alarm, emergency exits, fire-fighting equipment and safety signage and coordinate emergency preparedness/fire drills.

  • Coordinate with the Super Market, Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant teams to resolve facility, maintenance, housekeeping, security and other administrative issues.

  • Manage administrative procurement and inventory of stationery, cleaning materials, toiletries, safety items, maintenance consumables, pantry supplies and other GSD materials.

  • Maintain proper records of maintenance, utilities, security incidents, housekeeping, fire safety, vendor performance, inventory and other GSD activities.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly administrative reports, checklists and incident reports and ensure timely follow-up of pending issues.

  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, safety and operational readiness of the premises.

  • Identify administrative risks, recurring facility problems and cost-saving opportunities and recommend appropriate corrective/preventive actions.

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations and other relevant departments for smooth business operations.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, safety requirements, statutory requirements and operational standards related to administration and facility management.

  • Perform any other administration/GSD-related responsibilities assigned by management
