Officer, Store & Order Management - Super Market

Ziska Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of the reputed pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh, is looking for an Officer, Store & Order Management for its newly launched venture - Fair Price Super Market.

Job Location: Shofipur, Gazipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations including product receiving, checking, storage and stock movement.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through POS/ERP or inventory management software.

• Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requirements to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing teams and outlets for timely product availability.

• Receive products from suppliers by verifying quantity, quality, expiry dates, batch information and delivery documents.

• Ensure proper arrangement of products according to category, shelf location, FIFO/FEFO principles and retail standards.

• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, damaged and expired products and prepare necessary reports.

• Process and manage purchase orders, sales orders, stock transfer requests and delivery documentation.

• Coordinate with warehouse and outlet teams for smooth product distribution.

• Conduct regular physical stock counting and reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual inventory.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and order management reports.

• Maintain proper documentation including receiving records, stock reports, return records, supplier documents etc.

Good understanding of inventory management, stock control and retail operations.Practical knowledge of POS/ERP software and MS Excel.Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills.Honest, responsible and capable of working under pressure.Ability to maintain accurate records and follow operational procedures.Experience Requirements:1–3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, order processing, retail operations, FMCG or supermarket business.Candidates having experience in super shop operations will receive preference.
