Officer/Jr. Officer, CCTV Monitoring

Ziska Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of the reputed pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh, is looking for Officer/Jr. Officer, CCTV Monitoring for its newly launched ventures—Fair Price Super Market, Family Food Village Restaurant, Nimantran Convention Center and Skylight Rooftop Restaurant. The incumbent will be responsible for centralized CCTV monitoring and surveillance of the entire premises to ensure security, safety, operational discipline and timely reporting of any unusual or suspicious activities.

Job location: Shofipur, Gazipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras across all floors, entrances, exits, customer areas, parking areas, service areas, storage areas and other critical locations.

• Conduct continuous and attentive surveillance to identify theft, unauthorized access, suspicious activities, safety hazards, operational irregularities and security breaches.

• Monitor customer and employee movement and ensure compliance with established security and operational procedures.

• Immediately report suspicious activities, incidents, accidents, theft, damage or other abnormalities to the Administration/Security In-charge.

• Maintain proper records of security incidents, unusual activities and CCTV observations.

• Review and retrieve CCTV footage when required for investigation, incident verification or management review.

• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras, monitors, recording systems and related surveillance equipment and immediately report technical issues.

• Coordinate with security personnel and relevant operational teams for timely response to incidents identified through CCTV.

• Monitor opening and closing activities of the premises and ensure proper security procedures are followed.

• Monitor cash-handling areas, entrances/exits, loading/unloading areas and other sensitive locations as required.

• Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and ensure that recorded information is not disclosed or shared without proper authorization.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CCTV monitoring reports and incident reports as required.

• Maintain proper documentation of footage requests, incidents and follow-up actions.

• Support management in investigating customer complaints, employee-related incidents, theft, loss, damage and other security matters through CCTV footage.

• Ensure proper handover of important observations and incidents between shifts.

• Perform any other CCTV monitoring/security-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Good knowledge of CCTV surveillance and monitoring systems.Ability to identify suspicious activities and security risks through CCTV.Basic knowledge of CCTV recording, playback, footage retrieval and monitoring systems.Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.Ability to remain attentive and perform effectively under pressure.Experience Requirements:1–2 years of relevant experience in CCTV Monitoring, Security Surveillance, Control Room Operations or a similar role.Experience in retail/super shop, restaurant, hotel, convention center, shopping complex, commercial facility or other customer-facing business will be preferred.
