Senior Officer - Warehouse

Ziska Pharmaceuticals Limited is looking for a sincere, energetic, and responsible professional for the position of Senior Officer – Warehouse to support smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day warehouse operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of packing materials and PPM.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement and storage conditions as per GMP and SOP requirements.
• Ensure FIFO and FEFO practices are properly followed during material handling and distribution.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments for smooth warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, bin cards, and warehouse documentation.
• Support timely dispatch of packaging materials to depots and export destinations.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, temperature, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in stock verification, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Support QMS-related activities including documentation for Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, and audit observations.
• Assist during internal and external audits by preparing required documents and records.
• Prepare daily and monthly warehouse operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Report operational discrepancies, damaged materials, and inventory issues to the Assistant Manager – Warehouse.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/store operations in any reputed pharmaceutical company.Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP and Warehouse Management Systems.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Knowledge of GMP, SOP, FIFO, FEFO, and warehouse operational procedures.Good communication and coordination skills.
