Assistant Manager - Warehouse

Ziska Pharmaceuticals Limited is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and performance-driven professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Warehouse to strengthen its Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute overall warehouse operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of packing materials and PPM.
• Ensure timely dispatch of packaging materials to depots and export destinations.
• Monitor proper storage conditions, temperature, cleanliness, and safety standards within warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operational flow.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with GMP, SOP, FIFO, and FEFO requirements.
• Supervise inventory management and maintain optimum stock levels through effective material planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation of warehouse transactions and maintain all warehouse registers/logs.
• Handle QMS-related activities including Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Audit observations, and Training records.
• Perform internal and external audit preparation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare periodic inventory and warehouse performance reports.

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations in any reputed pharmaceutical company.Expertise in ERP/SAP, Warehouse Management Systems.Proficiency in MS Office.Strong knowledge of GMP, SOP, FIFO, FEFO, and warehouse compliance systems.Good communication and coordination skills.
