Job Description

Hashem Foods Limited is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager – Mechanical Engineering to lead factory mechanical maintenance and engineering operations in the Food & Beverage manufacturing unit.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee mechanical operations, maintenance, and utilities management in FMCG production plants.

Ensure smooth functioning of machinery and reduce downtime through effective preventive maintenance.
Drive factory engineering projects, including installation and commissioning of new lines.
Lead and develop the mechanical team with proper guidance, training, and performance management.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of factory machinery, utilities, boilers, compressors, and preventive maintenance.Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.
